Find UK Property help UK and Overseas Investors buy low-cost investment houses (buy-to-let) in the UK. We then continue to manage and maintain those properties for the long term. We effectively become your tenants paying you a guaranteed rent (net rent 6% of property price per year) and maintaining the property at our own cost. In our system, the buyer becomes a true passive investor, fully owning the property, benefitting from guaranteed rental income, and long-term capital growth in value. But they have none of the liabilities or hassle of property maintenance, compliance, & tenant issues – a true long-term passive investment.

We sell around 40 houses each month and have over 1,000 investor clients who collectively own over 2,000 houses – all of which we have first acquired, renovated and then resold to them, Now we continue to manage them on their behalf. The way we work is different to normal agents and we have a very structured buying and management process as outlined in the video. All of our properties are located in the North East and North West and are normally already rented out to good long-term tenants at time of purchase. We have over 8 categories of houses with prices ranging from around £67,000 for full 2-bed houses (fully renovated and guaranteed) to over £100,000 for semi-detached houses with large gardens and drives.
Our investor clients include UK nationals (mainly from London, the South and Midlands), UK Expats and Overseas Nationals. You may see lower prices in the market, but when you take into account all of the extra items included in our guaranteed investment package, and compare ‘like with like’, then our prices ands represent the best overall value for passive investors who are looking for long term property investment in the UK.
