Instead of spending on traditional ads, which are often ignored, they advertise here because it connects them with values-driven customers and builds trust that leads to sales.
We are a registered non-profit. In addition, no director receives a salary. (You can read the small print here.)

Any charity or not-for-profit CIC can apply to join Supporting.Charity. We’re here to support organisations of all sizes that make a positive difference in their communities.
Unincorporated charities are also welcome, although we may carry out a few extra checks to confirm their eligibility before approval.
We particularly encourage smaller, local charities that serve their immediate area to register. Larger charities that can demonstrate a clear commitment to supporting their local community are equally invited to take part.
Our goal is simple – to make sure the funds raised through Supporting.Charity reach the causes that matter most to their local community.
First of all, we want to be upfront – we can’t guarantee any specific amount. It depends on the level of business support in your area. The more local companies that advertise through Supporting.Charity, the larger the grant pool becomes for nearby charities and CICs.
Supporting.Charity is new, so while we can’t yet say how quickly funds will grow, we’re fully committed to making it happen.
We also keep an eye on where charities are registering. If we notice some areas are short on support, that’s where we’ll focus our future fundraising efforts.
In summary, we can’t promise exact figures, but we can promise this: Supporting.Charity exists for one reason only – to help more charities get funded. And for that alone, it’s worth the two minutes it takes to register.
Once you’ve registered, we’ll confirm your details by email. There’s nothing else you need to do – we’ll first let you know when you’re approved and again when local grant opportunities open in your area.
Yes. If you know local businesses that might advertise with us, please tell them about us.
We’ll give your charity a unique code so you benefit from the businesses you refer.
Grants come from the profits generated by local business supporters. When enough funds build in your area, we’ll open a grant round and share clear information on how to apply.
As we’re new, we focus our fundraising where charities are registered.
