Our vision is a world in which all young people have equal opportunities, regardless of their ethnicity, abilities, socio-economic circumstances or individual needs; and ease of transition to adulthood, employment, and independent living.
To this end, we free youth provisions, for young women (aged 16-19 years) from North London’s minority communities, providing positive, accessible opportunities and supporting them on their path to adulthood and employment, so as to empower marginalised women.
Daily, we provide a range of out-of-hours programs, courses and 1:1 support, enabling young women to R.E.A.C.H. higher through Recreation, Education, Arts, Career guidance and Health & Wellness. All programs conform to relevant quality standards, and are designed by users to enhance engagement/productivity. Programs include a spring/summer work-readiness program, a monthly peer-support and learning group for first-time employees, a comprehensive Independent Living training program, accredited and fast-track vocational training (with a strong focus on developing digital skills), weekly arts engagement workshops, education support groups, bi-annual retreats, group innate health workshops, creative summer scheme, and more recently, 1:1 mentoring and psychotherapy support.
We’re locally based and young women access our provisions either through self-referral, or via referrals from our partner schools and/or community organisations. Annually, we support in excess of 200 young women through multiple programs, providing holistic, whole-person support.
We are holders of the London Youth Gold Quality Mark, a programme accredited by City & Guilds and a mark of excellence for youth-led charities.
