In our charity, we connect with young people aged 13-25, who have described themselves as being ‘abandoned by society’. The childhood trauma they have experienced may include abuse, exclusion or being in care. Inequalities such as racism, disabilities and poverty also have a huge effect on these young people.

They are the most under-supported and unheard voices in our society.

As a social justice charity – we want to change this. We build on strength and lead with empathy, we know what’s needed to build trusted relationships because many of us have had similar experiences.

Despite their circumstances, we see their power and potential.
